The original plan for Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 27 was to have The Bella Twins in Sheamus’ corner and Gail Kim in Bryan’s corner but it doesn’t look like that will be happening. There was even talk of adding Ted Dibiase to the match at one point before plans were scrapped, which would have had Gail, The Bellas, and Maryse all at ringside. There has also been recent pushes by Stephanie McMahon to add Evan Bourne to the match, but Vince is said to be dead set against it, as he feels Evan isn’t big enough to even be considered for mid or upper card status. Bourne has been a hot button topic between the two McMahons for about a year now. Vince sees him as nothing more than a jobber to get others over, while Stephanie and her husband see a potential gold mine, as they feel he could potentially be the next Jeff Hardy, but without all the baggage.

Evan Bourne SP visit back and distributes the WWE to Brazilian TV
- In an exclusive interview with Good Morning, he talks about career, rival favorites, the debut of ‘Raw’ and the company’s ability to make events in Brazil

In the 1960s, Ted Boy Marino charmed crowds with “Telecatch” the former TV Excelsior. Thirty years later, in Manchete, Bret Hart, Razor Ramon and 1-2-3 Kid were the stars in the ring. With the bankruptcy of the channel, the Brazilian fans called the “sports entertainment” (sports entertainment) were orphans of big stars, needing to settle for the shoddy and poorly publicized “Giants of the Ring.”

“WWE is the most exciting entertainment on your TV. It’s like a live variety show, with characters and lots of insane action and emotion. It’s like a giant circus full of incredible Superstars Divas and the most beautiful,” says Evan in an exclusive interview with Good Morning.

Back in the ring
Besides spreading the reestreia WWE in Brazil, Evan also spoke about the recovery process of his shoulder – he had surgery in October and did not return to the ring since. “It’s been four and a half months, so I’m very close to returning. Will I be back when the WWE debut in Brazil? I’m not 100% sure, but I can guarantee that in March, before the ‘Wrestlemania’ I I’ll be back, “he says, referring to pay-per-view most eagerly awaited of the company, considered the Super Bowl of” sports entertainment “.

Evan also commented on the attained fame after becoming a WWE Superstar and the opportunity to travel the world performing. “I did not get in the business to be famous or popular, or never had interest in being a celebrity. - According to former WWE creative team member John Piermarini, the storyline between Daniel Bryan and The Bella Twins was actually first pitched by The Bella’s. WWE has planned to run with a similar storyline for Evan Bourne before he was injured.

Well I can safetly say that the current Bella/Bryan storyline is not interesting anyone so I’m glad its been passed on. Can’t we focus on actualy wrestling WWE?

Top Moment #1 – Bourne vs Jericho at Fatal 4 Way
- When Y2J came down to the ring at Fatal 4 Way, you had no idea that something involving Evan would be coming up. Chris got his mic and did his usual trash talk and then mentioned Evan! He said things like, ‘you think you can use me as a stepping stone’ etc. This resulted in a match!! So down came Evan and off we went. Personaly, I think this should be the 2010 Match of the year!! The match was Evan’s best to date since his WWE run and you can tell by working with the top men in the company, it brings the best out of him! Evan managed to get the pinfall victory after an ‘Airbourne’ to the back of Jericho. This would result in a rematch on Raw (# 4). Lets hope we get more matches like them as soon as possible!

Top Moment #3 – The Grandest stage of them all!
- Back in March, the build up for Wrestlemania 26 was well under way and the spots for the annual Money In The Bank ladder match were soon being filled up. One of those spots was filled by Evan after he successfully defeated William Regal in a short match on Raw. This would mark his very first appearance at a WrestleMania, (WM25 Dark Match excluded). The matches passed and the night came for Evan to make his moment. All his hard work had got him in the match he had wanted since 2009. Some great moments in the match including being chokeslammed into a group of superstars. But the main ‘moment’ of the match was when Evan and Christian were standing on a lay down ladder that was hanging from the ropes and anouther ladder. Christian was attempting the Killswitch when Evan counted with a hard kick and then….AIRBOURNE OFF THE LADDER! Was a great moment to watch live! Lets hope this year, Evan makes more moments at WrestleMania 27!

Top Moment #4 – Bourne vs Jericho Part 2
- Before Chris Jericho took his break from the WWE, a short programme was started with Evan over the fact that, ‘Evan was trying to use Jericho as a stepping stone to better his career’ which i will go into detail in a later post (thats a hint). But following a match they had, Evan took on Chris in a rematch on Raw a couple weeks after. The match was a classic just like the previous but with a different outcome as Y2J counted the Airbourne and followed up with a Codebreaker for the pinfall. The matches these two had were some of the best in 2010 and i hope we get to see some more in the future.

Top Moment #5 – The Reversal of the year
- For a couple weeks, Evan was in a program with Randy Orton following an RKO after a tag match they were in. This caused Evan to follow up the following week by attacking Randy after his match with Edge. So down came Evan and a few kicks and knocked down Randy. On the top rope, Evan flys off with a shooting star…BAM! Randy is up with an RKO and delivers one of the top moments of 2010! Everyone was in shock and couldn’t believe what had just happened. What a moment!

Top Moment #6 – The Smackdown Debut
- After qualifying for the Money In The Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 26, it was expected that he would be featured on all brands to promote the upcoming match. With it being a mixed brand match, the raw superstars visited smackdown to face the smackdown superstars in a 10 person tag match. This would be Evans very first appearance on the friday night show! The match itself was more of a ‘attack’ match on Evan until the match broke down to a all finishers ending. Sadly team smackdown won the match. What was next…the big one, WRESTLEMANIA!
