Evan Bourne vs. Michael McGillicutty
- We start off with the two men locking up and Bourne hitting an Arm Drag on McGillicutty. McGillicutty blocks a second arm drag and sends Bourne down, but Bourne fights back with some kicks, only to be met with a Shoulder Thrust from the apron from McGillicutty. McGillicutty then hits a Sunset Flip, but Bourne rolls out and hit’s a Double Stomp on McGillicutty for a two count. McGillicutty takes back control with some strikes, then illegally chokes Bourne with his foot in the corner.

McGillicutty with a nice Hangman’s Neckbreaker, but that only gets a two count. Bourne stays grounded because of the McGillicutty strikes, then McGillicutty hits a Scoop Slam for a two count. Bourne tries to fight back, but Bourne hits an Elbow to the back of the head for a two count. McGillicutty locks in a variation of the Camel Clutch, without full pressure being applied. Bourne starts fighting back to his feet with elbows, and then some kicks. He ducks a Clothesline, and then hit’s a Hurricanrana, followed by a few kicks, including a jumping heel kick to the face for a two count. Bourne tries to go up top, but McGillicutty stomps him and elbows him off the apron. McGillicutty then spears Bourne off the apron into the barricade. We go to commercial.

Back from the break, McGillicutty has a Headlock on Bourne, but Bourne fights back, only to be hit with a Forearm Club to the back of the head. This gets McGillicutty a two count, but McGillicutty stays active hitting a Dropkick for a another two count. McGillicutty then uses the ropes to hit some blows to Bourne, then he rolls out of the ring, and hits some forearm shots to the chest and throat area of Bourne before rolling back in and getting a two count. The crowd chants for Bourne, and it helps him as he fights back from McGillicutty, but he gets hit with a Side Toehold, stopping all of Bourne’s momentum. McGillicutty stays in control with some strikes, but Bourne won’t stay down, and he kicks out at two again, then once more.

McGillicutty locks in a Rear Chinlock and really wrenches back, but Bourne gets to his feet and elbows his way out. McGillicutty goes for a Back Suplex, but Bourne reverses into a Cross Body for a two count. Bourne then hit’s a couple of Flying Knees, then goes up top and hits double knees to McGillicutty, taking him down for a two count. McGillicutty hits a Snap Saito Suplex (which Scott Stanford actually calls by name), but he only gets a two count. Both men back up and Bourne gets thrown to the apron, blocks a hit by McGillicutty and hits a head kick. Bourne then goes up top and hits Air Bourne for the win.
